Key Responsibilities
Full operational HR management across all branches Payroll & salaries processing, including third-party transactions Managing branch HR matters and employee relations issues Handling restraints of trade, moonlighting cases, theft investigations, and social media-related misconduct Overseeing Employment Equity and BEE compliance Recruitment and onboarding of staff nationally Drafting and managing contracts, policies, and HR documentation Day-to-day HR guidance and support to management Liaison with outsourced Industrial Relations providers (IR matters handled externally)Minimum Requirements
Proven HR Management experience within a manufacturing environment (essential) Solid experience in operational HR, not advisory-only Payroll processing experience is essential Human Resources qualification (essential) Fully conversant in English and Afrikaans (highly advantageous) Strong understanding of labour legislation and HR best practice Ability to work independently in an owner-managed business Immediately available candidates preferredIdeal Candidate Profile
