Minimum requirements:Admitted Attorney 0-1 Year Post admissions experience Must have gained experience in Insolvencies during articles Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Attention to detail and strong drafting skills Action relevant litigation and/or commercial instructions in the commercial disputes and insolvency Achieve their own revenue Manage client relationships with guidance from their direct Assist with providing legal (on-the-job) training/or guidance for other junior colleagues (i.e. Candidate Attorneys) Invest in your own personal development which include keeping up to date with the latest legislations and other regulatory material
