Financial Advisor | Insurance Sales | Commission-Based (Uncapped) Port ElizabethWe are expanding our sales force and are recruiting high-performing Financial Advisors with the required regulatory qualifications and a proven sales mindset. This role is strictly performance-driven and suited to professionals who take full ownership of their income. This is not a salaried role. Results determine earnings.
Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for actively prospecting new clients, selling funeral insurance products, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role demands disciplined pipeline management, confident product presentations, and strong closing skills. Maintaining long-term client relationships and full regulatory compliance is essential.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • Minimum of 1 year proven sales experience in the insurance industry • Proven experience selling funeral insurance products • RE 5 qualification • Wealth Management NQF Level 5 • Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills • Highly target-driven, self-disciplined, and accountable • Comfortable working in a commission-only environment • Matric qualification
