Junior Associate - Commercial Disputes and InsolvencyPretoria EastSalary Market Related based on experience Minimum requirements:- Admitted Attorney
- 0-1 Year Post admissions experience
- Must have gained experience in Insolvencies during articles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and strong drafting skills
- Action relevant litigation and/or commercial instructions in the commercial disputes and insolvency
- Achieve their own revenue
- Manage client relationships with guidance from their direct
- Assist with providing legal (on-the-job) training/or guidance for other junior colleagues (i.e. Candidate Attorneys)
- Invest in your own personal development which include keeping up to date with the latest legislations and other regulatory material
