Minimum requirements:- Relevant qualifications
- 5+ years working experience in project management within the solar industry would be highly beneficial
- Proven experience managing large-scale energy projects
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry standards.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with solar PV systems and battery energy storage solutions.Duties will include but is not limited to:
- Lead the planning and implementation of renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
