Minimum Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters advantageous) Pr Eng registration with ECSA highly preferred 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years focused on solar PV systems and grid connectivity Strong understanding of REIPPPP processes and public offtake project requirements Expertise in solar system design, grid integration, and energy storage solutions Proven leadership and project management experience, including cross-functional team coordination Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
