This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercial strategist with exceptional deal structuring, governance, and stakeholder influence skills. You’ll define and lead commercial architecture for a global enterprise, ensuring commercial relevance, profitability, and risk mitigation in complex environments.
What You’ll Do
Lead the preparation, review, and structuring of client proposals and commercial deals
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and approval processes
Guide stakeholders on deal structure, pricing models, and profitability
Champion commercial innovation and operational excellence
Monitor and optimise deal performance, metrics, and risk exposure
Mentor a senior team of commercial architects and managers
Collaborate across sales, finance, legal, and executive leadership
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related (MBA preferred)
Extensive experience in commercial leadership, preferably within global IT services
Deep knowledge of contract negotiation, revenue recognition, and deal governance
Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and business transformation expertise
Strong communication, cross-functional influence, and team leadership skills
