My client a successful medium sized accounting and audit firm is looking to employ an Audit Manager to assist with technical work for their own portfolio of clients as well as managing the team. Review financial statements with precision to ensure regulatory accuracy and compliance Calculate and submit tax returns for businesses, trusts, and individuals Advise clients on complex tax matters and strategies to improve tax efficiency Prepare financial statements aligned with relevant accounting standards Manage a team of 15 staff and collaborate closely with the practice manager and business partnerWhat we are looking for:
CA(SA) qualification (minimum requirement) At least 5 years post‑qualification experience within a small accounting practice Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Strong client service orientation-non‑negotiable Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail, ethical conduct, and professionalism Strong technical competence across accounting and audit functionsBenefits and unique aspects:
