Sales Supervisor Hardware / Building Materials (12 month contract)

What you’ll be doing

Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives

Setting targets and tracking performance and KPIs

Coaching, mentoring, and addressing underperformance

Supporting key accounts and high-value deals

Handling complex customer and internal challenges

Preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations

Working closely with logistics and finance teams
What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
-
4–8 years sales experience (glass or building materials preferred)

Proven sales leadership experience

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
