PROCESS ENGINEERWestern Cape, GoudaR40 000 CTC per monthOur client is seeking a results-driven Process Engineer to optimise production processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across operations. This role works closely with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Minimum requirements:- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ process engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting
- Analyse existing production processes and design process improvements
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to address production challenges
- Collaborate with operations, quality and cross-functional teams to improve performance
- Monitor, analyse and report on process performance and improvement outcomes
