Description:
Key responsibilities include: Advise on ICT-related legislation and regulatory compliance Support POPIA, ECTA, and cybersecurity compliance initiatives Conduct compliance assessments and audits Develop compliance frameworks and policies Any other regulatory and/or legislative elements relating to ICT and /or the organisation as a whole. Minimum experience and qualifications:5+ years' experience in ICT regulatory and legislative compliance Must have a strong understanding of South African ICT legislation Degree in Law, Governance or related field Relevant compliance or governance certification (advantageous)
