Responsibilities
- Maintenance Oversight
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across multiple fast food stores.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment, facilities, and utilities are in optimal condition.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Technical Expertise
- Apply electrical or mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and general store infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide maintenance staff and contractors.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Operational Efficiency
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize operational disruption.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and source cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all stores meet occupational health and safety requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols for staff and contractors.

- Electrician: 4 to 5 years
- Fitters: 4 to 5 years
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in maintenance management within fast food or retail environments.
- Recognized qualification as an Electrician or Fitter (trade test certificate required).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and building systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Own car, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
