This is an opportunity to manage high-value portfolios within a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment where quality and client satisfaction are the top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.

  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling innovative packaging solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Project Coordination: Liaise between the client and internal design/production teams to ensure technical specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and material innovations to provide consultative advice to stakeholders.

  • Contract Negotiation: Manage annual pricing reviews and negotiate contract terms to ensure mutual profitability.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in a sales or account management role specifically within the packaging or plastic sector .

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand technical drawings, material substrates, and manufacturing lead times.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives and procurement heads.

  • Academic Background: A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related technical field is preferred.

  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
