- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Correlate and upload compliance documents and follow up on progress
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications-
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suit
- Previous relevant experience advantageous Salary R6500 plus incentives
