Description:
This role is responsible for managing the operational efficiency of the hammer mill production process and overseeing lucerne storage operations, with a strong focus on operational risk, productivity, and efficiency within an agricultural processing environment. Requirements / Qualifications- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Operations Management
- 3–5 years’ operational management experience
- Strong understanding and experience with lucerne as a commodity
- Knowledge of risk management within an agricultural environment
- Experience managing production efficiency and preventative maintenance
- Ability to manage and motivate local teams
- Experience working with third-party storage suppliers
- Lucerne grading certificate advantageous
