We are looking for a reliable and organised Transport Controller to manage daily transport operations for a busy transport broker working with multiple clients and owner-drivers.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch trucks remotely

Monitor pick-ups and deliveries (port ↔ destination)

Communicate daily with drivers and clients

Collect and manage Proof of Delivery (PODs)
-
Update systems and WhatsApp groups in real time
-
Do bookings (Navis / Transnet experience an advantage)

Conduct basic vehicle inspections on owner-driver vehiclesRequirements

Own reliable transport
-
Comfortable working remotely and independently

Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email)

Good communication and organisational skills

Willing to work flexible hours (Mon–Sat, may include Sundays & public holidays)Advantageous

Transport or logistics experience
-
Navis / Transnet system knowledge

Experience working with drivers and multiple clients
Salary: Market-related, based on experience.
