National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent Trade Test Certificate 3+ years post-trade experience Strong mechanical & manufacturing skills Food manufacturing experience = bonus! Excellent time management & task prioritization Ability to work under pressure & think critically Manual dexterity + solid electrical/mechanical knowledge High-tech aptitude & tool proficiency Fault-finding skills diagnose & repair mechanical issues Stock control experience manage parts & reporting Own vehicle & valid drivers license
