Responisibities:
Check and verify that stock quantities transferred from the warehouse to branches are correct as per the transfer documents. Check that all stock picked for dispatch to branches matches the final approved stock transfer documents. Verify that stock quantities and items are correct and correspond with the original client invoices. Ensure that all stock transfer documents are fully completed and that invoices are signed by couriers and/or clients. Ensure that all stock is checked before leaving the courier dispatch area and that all stock is accompanied by a valid invoice or stock transfer document. Immediately report any variances identified to management for investigation and correction.Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience Experience with CRM system e.g. SAP Experience in the IT/ICT Industry Grade 12/Matric CertificateSoft Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrate strong work ethics Show ability to communicate effectively Possess strong interpersonal skills Possess Problem-Solving skills Must be a team player Deadline driven Leadership Skills Customer Service skills Communication skills
