Description:
To support the Finance and HR Manager with day-to-day financial operations, month-end processes, reporting, compliance, and supervision of the finance support team.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Key Performance Areas:
Support month-end close processes, journals, reconciliations, and schedules Maintain accurate general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting packs Support VAT submissions, audit preparation, and statutory compliance Process and monitor supplier payments and cash flow activities Assist with payroll reconciliations and finance-related HR reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and capex monitoring Ensure adherence to finance policies, procedures, and internal controls Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Supervise and review finance clerks’ work and support skills development
