Company and Job Description:A wellâ??established construction operation is seeking an experienced Site Agent Building to manage and deliver building works on site.
This is a handsâ??on leadership role responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring construction works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control dayâ??toâ??day building construction activities on site
- Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors
- Coordinate resources, materials, and plant
- Monitor progress and report against programme
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and plannersJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, or related field
- 510 years experience in building construction
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of building construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specificationsIdeal Candidate Profile
