The role focuses on maintaining and enforcing quality standards, ensuring all construction activities are completed in compliance with specifications, contractual requirements, and quality management systems.
This position is ideal for a detailâ??driven QA professional who is confident working on site and engaging closely with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor site quality assurance systems
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with specifications and approved drawings
- Identify and manage nonâ??conformances and corrective actions
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Work closely with site teams, planners, engineers, and managementJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Construction, or Engineering
- 37 years QA experience in construction or mining environments
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards
- Able to interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Detailâ??oriented and qualityâ??focused
- Structured, disciplined, and methodical
- Confident working on site
- Strong communicator with practical problemâ??solving skills
