Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Facilitation
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming Ensure the pod operates as a high-performing, self-organizing team Coach the team on Agile principles and continuous improvement Protect the team from distractions and scope creep Maintain sprint velocity and burndown tracking Delivery Management
Own the delivery rhythm: ensure sprints start and end on time, outcomes are clearly defined, and acceptance criteria are met Work with Lead Engineers to break down customer requirements into deliverable sprint goals Track progress against sprint commitments and escalate risks early Ensure all deliverables (technical work, documentation, knowledge transfer) are completed to quality standards Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams or pods Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders on delivery progress Facilitate sprint reviews and demos with customer teams Manage customer expectations: communicate progress, risks, and changes transparently Escalate blockers and impediments to customer leadership when necessary Build trusted relationships with customer project sponsors and IT leadership Impediment Removal
Identify and remove blockers that prevent the team from delivering sprint outcomes Escalate technical, commercial, or organizational impediments to Lead Engineers or service line leadership Facilitate decision-making when the team is stuck Ensure the team has the tools, access, and resources needed to deliver Continuous Improvement
Lead retrospectives that drive actionable improvements to team performance Track and report on key metrics: sprint velocity, cycle time, customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and quality Contribute to CloudOps service line evolution based on delivery insights Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
Ensure all sprint outcomes are documented, and knowledge is transferred to customer teams Maintain a delivery log: decisions made, risks mitigated, lessons learned Support the creation of runbooks, configuration guides, and handover materials Facilitate workshops and training sessions with customer teams Essential Skills & Experience
Agile Expertise (Must-Have)
3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead in technology delivery environments Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (PSM, SAFe, etc.) Deep understan
