Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 and 3 desktop and infrastructure support Handle complex escalations from L1 & L2 teams Advanced troubleshooting of: Windows OS Hardware & applications Administer: Active Directory Group Policies Microsoft 365 Network support: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP VLANs, routing & switching VPN configuration & troubleshooting Manage endpoint environments: SCCM / Intune Desktop imaging & deployments Perform root cause analysis Maintain technical documentation Work closely with security and infrastructure teams
Technical Skills Required
Windows 10 / 11 Active Directory & GPO SCCM / Intune / MDT VPN technologies LAN/WAN troubleshooting PowerShell (advantageous) Azure / Hybrid environments Certifications (Advantageous)
Microsoft Certified CCNA / CCNP ITIL Experience
6+ years desktop / infrastructure support Strong Level 3 exposure Enterprise or MSP environment experience
