Your role:
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of milling equipment
Work closely with the production team to reduce downtime and maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
-National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
-Trade Test Certificate
-Minimum 3 years post-trade experience
-Strong mechanical & manufacturing skills
-Food manufacturing experience = bonus!
-Excellent time management & task prioritization
-Ability to work under pressure & think critically
-Manual dexterity + solid electrical/mechanical knowledge
-High-tech aptitude & tool proficiency
-Fault-finding skills diagnose & repair mechanical issues
-Stock control experience manage parts & reporting
-Own vehicle & valid drivers license
