Forester Arms Restaurant & Pub (affectionally known as Forries) is a large and popular venue, with a seating capacity of 600+, It is well known for it's relaxed ambience, good gastro-pub food, tapped craft beers and fine selection of wines.
We are currently looking for a FoH manager with the following skills:
A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similarly large restaurant
A team player and motivator
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and preferably Pilot as a POS system
Able to work long and irregular hours.
