Run the operational engine that enables speed and consistency; proposal intake gating, tracker management, HubSpot hygiene, and Fast Track proposal assembly so proposals move swiftly through review cycles and deadlines are reliably met.Accountabilities:
Proposal Leadership Fast Track Proposal Production HubSpot Sales Ops Execution Success Metrics (KPIs)
Proposal Operations ExpertiseStrong understanding of proposal workflows, RFIs, RFPs, bid timelines, and internal review cycles.
Fast Track Proposal AssemblyAbility to assemble proposals using approved templates, modules, annexures, and formatting standards.
CRM & Sales Operations KnowledgeStrong command of HubSpot hygiene including required fields, stage discipline, next steps, close dates, and notes.
Pipeline & Tracker ManagementProven ability to maintain real-time trackers with high accuracy and visibility.
Reporting & Metrics TrackingAbility to produce pipeline, workload, and performance reports aligned to KPIs.
Communication & Stakeholder EngagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Communication/Marketing/Sales 3-5 years in proposal writing, proposal and sales operations, pre-sales (ideally in consulting SaaS or B2B services) Proposal or Project Mng certification - APMP preferred
