Requirements & Qualifications24 years experience in a similar logistics or transport role Relevant qualification (degree or diploma) advantageous Experience within the transport industry (agricultural market experience beneficial) Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Good analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to work effectively within a team Willingness to travel and handle after-hours problem-solving when required Understanding of transport costs and vehicle running costs (CPK analysis) Ability to track budgets and adapt to market and commodity trends
