Description:
The position is for a person who will be continuously in charge of the retail shop and managing all the administration with regards to the Retail outlet
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
• Handle and package poultry products in a hygienic manner
• Operate the till and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Stock shelves and manage basic inventory (accurate stock control)
• Always ensure excellent customer service
• Sales and marketing of the products in the shop
• Staff and personnel management
• Relevant general administrative management and tasks
• Energetic

**You must be willing to travel – this shop is on the Botshabelo Road about 6km from the airport

Requirements:
- Retail: 2 to 3 years
- Retail Shop Management: 3 to 4 years
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience (advantageous)
• At least 4 years’ experience in small business management
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, punctual, and trustworthy
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be bilingual
• Must be able to lead a team
• Must be detailed orientated
• Must be result orientated
