Data Lead
Our client is looking for an experienced Data Lead to take ownership of their data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and IT services. This senior role plays a key part in using data to improve access to affordable healthcare.
Youll work closely with Analytics and Technology teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable data systems, while leading a small technical team.
You will manage Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Developer and IT Services Staff
Responsibilities
Lead and govern the organisations data architecture
Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Oversee data pipelines, integrations, and storage
Ensure reliable IT services and business support
Partner with Analytics to ensure data availability and quality
Define data standards and best practices
Lead and develop Cloud, Data, BI, and IT staff
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years experience in data engineering or data infrastructure
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience designing and maintaining enterprise data systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Advantageous
Healthcare or health-tech experience
Cloud certifications
