Venn Diagnostics (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Johannesburg.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in services-based sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to secure and grow client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with targeted clients (leads provided) to secure new business and contracts.
• Effectively present and communicate products and services, including cost-benefit propositions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing engagement.
• Provide structured client feedback and market insights to management.
• Drive new business development and revenue growth.
• Travel as required to meet clients and business objectives.

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a senior or similar sales role.
• Strong background in selling services with a consistent and verifiable sales track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and sell to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a senior or similar sales role.
• Strong background in selling services with a consistent and verifiable sales track record.
