Position: Principal – Real Estate Agency
Location: George, Western Cape
We are a well-established real estate agency seeking a qualified and experienced Principal (MPRE qualification) to lead our business and support our growing team.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with in-depth industry knowledge, excellent people skills, and a passion for developing agents and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Principal of the estate agency, ensuring full regulatory and legislative compliance Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to property practitioners Support agents in problem-solving, deal structuring and overcoming operational challenges Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure professional standards are maintained Drive business growth through strategic oversight and agent development Foster a positive, ethical and performance-driven team cultureRequirements
Fully MPRE qualified and registered Proven leadership experience within a real estate environment Excellent communication, mentoring and conflict-resolution skills High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability Ability to inspire confidence in both agents and clientsWhat We Offer
