We are looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager who doesn’t merely “run shifts,” but builds machines that run themselves. Someone who sees chaos and instinctively starts sketching order. This role is for a leader who can:

Command multi-branch operations with calm authority

Build strong middle management layers and empower teams

Drive GP%, stock discipline, and cost control like a CFO in an apron

Implement SOPs, systems, and reporting structures

Train, mentor, and hold managers accountable

Be the bridge between vision and execution
You will oversee:

Daily operations across branches

Performance of Store Managers and Supervisors

Staffing structures, rosters, and training systems
-
Service standards and customer experience
-
Cost control, wastage reduction, and margin growth

Implementation of company systems and policies
