Construction Manager – High-Rise & Residential Developments Location: Cape Town CBD & Northern Suburbs (Paarl, Sunningdale, Durbanville, Constantia) A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-rise developments (up to 18 storeys in the Cape Town CBD) as well as large residential estate projects across the Western Cape.Key Responsibilities:
- Full site management of high-rise and residential developments
- Programme planning, execution, and monitoring
- Managing subcontractors, site teams, and foremen
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Cost control and coordination with QS and engineering teams
- Minimum 8–12 years construction management experience
- Proven experience on multi-storey / high-rise buildings
- Strong residential estate experience advantageous
- Relevant qualification (BTech / NDip / Degree in Construction Management)
Strong leadership and communication skills
