Role OverviewGroup of Lodges is seeking an experienced In-House Travel Consultant to manage and execute travel arrangements for guests visiting our portfolio of luxury safari and beach lodges. This role is commercially aware, detail-driven, and service-focused, supporting both direct guests and trade partners with flights, transfers, charters, and related logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesQuote, book, amend, and manage domestic and regional flightsArrange road transfers, air transfers, charters, and scenic flightsManage supplier relationships and negotiate preferred ratesApply margins and commissions in line with agreed pricing strategySupport reservations and sales teams to improve booking conversionIssue confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentationProactively manage flight changes, delays, and guest disruptionsMaintain accurate booking, invoicing, and reconciliation recordsEnsure all travel arrangements align with Isibindi brand standardsAssist with reporting on travel revenue and performanceProvide professional, timely, and personalised guestMaintain accurate records, confirmations, and supplier documentation.- Required Skills & Experience
