Purpose of position:
The Full Stack Developer will design and maintain scalable .NET applications, ensuring performance, security, and seamless integration. This role drives innovation and collaboration across teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services following industry best practices and standards
- Participate in code reviews, identify potential issues, and propose improvements to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Stay updated with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate software components
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on the .NET stack
- Expertise in C# and the .NET Framework
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
- Proficiency in database development, including SQL Server or other relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with source control systems
- Ability to write maintainable and efficient code
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Previous Finance experience within a financial institution. (Handling unpaids, refunds, batch processing, communications).
- 3rd party API integrations with Banks or Payment gateways or aggregators.
- Integrations experience with ERP-Software or maintenance.
Beneficial Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
