Junior IT technician required to provide end-user IT support to call-centre agents. Responsibilities include: troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to helpdesk tickets, hardware setup and maintenance, software installation, Microsoft account management, basic network troubleshooting, document processes according to company policy. Required skills: Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365, understanding of basic network fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP), ability to problem-solve independently, good communication and customer service, professional attire and demeanour, A+ or equivalent beneficial, N+ beneficial/ Location: Ferndale, Randburg Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00, and every second Saturday 08:00 to 13:00 Salary: R8000 per month Please email your CV to info@solarisit.co.za along with a copy of your ID
