A dynamic leader in the car retail sales industry is looking for an experienced Representative who is professional and friendly as well as patient and tolerant to join their resilient, target driven team.Position Overview : To identify the needs of customers, match customer needs with our service offering drive the business for growth, retention and scale of new and existing customers through customer satisfaction. These results would be achieved through lead conversion and building relationships with internal and external customers.
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Relevant industry experience –desirable
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
- NCA accreditation
- Call Centre sales experience
- Computer literate with Hight level of competence with Excel and Outlook
- A valid South African ID document
- A valid driver’s license
Job Outputs
- Ensure that the clients are informed of the procedures of the company and applicable financial Institutes regarding Finance Applications
- Respond promptly to the needs of the customer and solicit feedback to improve service.
- Attend to outbound and inbound calls with speed and efficiency.
- Daily, weekly and monthly management of sales.
- Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
- Driving specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base
- Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided.
- Update the Lead Management System with regards to feedback on leads.
- Record all activities on the required reports.
- Participate in sales and team meetings.
- Participate in sales training
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- Comprehend, capture and interpret basic customer information
- Ability to adapt to the changing environment, any delays or other unexpected demands
