Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketer to join our team in Chatsworth. This role is a hybrid of high-level strategy and tactical execution. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing lead generation, and providing technical fleet solutions to secure and retain high-value commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns designed to drive growth and market share.
Lead Management: Promptly attend to and qualify all types of leads (digital, referrals, and walk-ins) to convert them into long-term clients.
Fleet Analysis & Solutions: Conduct on-site fleet analyses for potential and existing customers. Use data from these assessments to provide tailored tyre-management solutions that reduce downtime and costs.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Customer Retention: Provide dedicated after-sales support and maintain continuous engagement to ensure fleet maintenance standards are met and customer loyalty is secured.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with the practical value delivered to the client.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Industry Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of sales and marketing experience specifically within the commercial tyre industry.
Overall Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex fleet data and market statistics to create "win-win" solutions for customers.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with fleet managers and business owners alike.
