Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages to standard. Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages. Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment correctly. Manage coffee station cleanliness, hygiene, and stock levels. Engage with customers professionally and provide product recommendations. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with stock control, ordering support, and daily checks at the coffee station. Support front-of-house operations during busy service periods. Minimum Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista in a restaurant or café environment preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso machines. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable transport. Key Competencies
