We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business within the KwaZulu-Natal region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Performance Areas:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Strategic planning: Developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Budget and sales management: Full ownership of regional budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.

Key account management: Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with retail and wholesale partners.

Team leadership: Managing, coaching, and mentoring staff and sales agents to drive performance and professional development.

Operational excellence: Overseeing stock management and ensuring strong in-trade execution.

Market analysis: Conducting ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:

3–4 years’ proven experience in a Regional Sales or similar role within the FMCG sector.

Demonstrated experience dealing with buyers, customers, agents, and distributors.

Strong computer literacy and reporting capability.

Proven ability in market analysis and product forecasting.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
