Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Stock controller that is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime
Requirements:
- Inventory Control: 2 to 3 years
- Stock Controller: 1 to 2 years
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum: Matric certificate
- Advantageous: Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Operations
EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years’ experience in stock control, inventory management, or similar role.
- Experience with stock forecasting, reorder processes, and supplier coordination is preferred.
COMPETENCIES
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Monday.com, Inflow, Sharepoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of GMP standards for pharmaceutical and cosmetic inventory.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of ISO procedures and standards.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physical ability to handle goods and maintain clean storage areas.
