We are looking for a Business Service Agent that is Bilingual in Afrikaan and English
Requirements:
- Debtor Finance: 2 to 3 years
- Customer Service Advisor: 2 to 3 years
- Processing Of Credit/ Debit: 2 to 3 years
CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION
Manage (read, assess, respond, resolve) incoming emails from 5 addresses in Hubspot Shared Conversation Inbox (approx 170 emails per day) with response time targets.
Create ticket for further processing (depending on POP; Order; Accounting Query).
ORDER PROCESSING - DEBTORS/CUSTOMERS
Create Quote / Invoice from Email / Phone order / Hubspot Ticket (+/- 50 per day)
Send Quote via Email / From Accounting System
Capture Orders - Quotes & Invoices - on order tracking software.
Follow up on Quotes to check whether customer received it and whether they would like to proceed with the order.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good telephone manner.

Computer literate with keyboard skills and experience in Microsoft software.
