What you bring to the Table: A degree in Human Resources (non-negotiable). 2 5 years of solid generalist experience Killer administrative skills and an eye for detail Consulting environment (non-negotiable) Confidence in tech and systems; SAGE 300 People experience is a big plus. A strong grasp of Labour Relations, BCEA, OHSA, and other key legislation you know the rules of the game. Practical knowledge across the HR value chain, from hiring to exit processes.
