The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of front-end experience, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and computer literate. Matric and an Office Administration qualification are required. You should be a self-starter with a pleasant and vibrant personality, capable of working with minimal supervision. Key duties include booking flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees, as well as requesting quotations and placing orders.   • Create work orders for office-related maintenance requirements.
  • Assist the sales team with ad hoc employee purchases.
  • Complete credit applications and submit supporting documents.
  • Request quotations and place orders as required.
  • Manage boardroom schedules.
  • Assist with archiving old documents.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
HOURS:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
