A well-established FMCG Distributor based in Port Elizabeth is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their finance team.
Requirements:
Matric
Relevant financial or bookkeeping qualification
3-5yrs bookkeeping experience in a similar environment/industry is required
Driver's License with own transport
Experience on Pastel Partner V19 and Excel
Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial processes for 2 branches
Processing all account receivables and reconciliation of debtor accounts
Processing of cash book
Creditors Invoice processing
Weekly and Monthly supplier reconciliations and payments
Sales Commissions invoicing
Petty cash management
Rebates/RFC's
Bank account interest
Journals - all inter company, salary and provisions
Financials - balance sheet, profit and loss reports
VAT submission
