DUTIES
• Capturing and booking in stock
• Processing orders and Filing
• Administration and organisation
• Invoicing clients and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Assisting administratively with technicians
• Answer phones and assist with bookings
• Assistant to management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Able to identify client needs and requirements
• Very Strong on the phone
• Works well under pressure
• Fluent in BOTH Afrikaans and English
• Outgoing personality, not afraid to talk to strangers
• Computer literate – Excel, Word and Internet apps
• Clear criminal record
• Matric
