About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Development & Architecture
Develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Deliver clean, functional, and defect-free code aligned with agreed timelines and standards. Maintain and enhance existing mobile codebases, ensuring long-term performance and scalability. Integrate apps with RESTful APIs (NodeJS backend experience is a strong advantage). Implement Firebase features, including Authentication and Cloud Messaging. Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional, user-friendly mobile applications. Handle navigation, forms, validations, and role-based flows. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment to Android and iOS app stores. Optimize app performance and fix issues in production environments.Collaboration & Process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, testers, and product stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews. Research, suggest, and apply new tools or techniques to improve the product or development process. Take ownership of your code and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development. 3+ years of experience with React Native in production apps. Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, React Hooks, and Redux. Integration experience with RESTful APIs; NodeJS backend knowledge is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging). Knowledge of Android and iOS build processes, debugging, and app store requirements. Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub). Experience handling navigation, forms, validations, and role-based flows. Performance optimization and bug fixing in React Native apps.
