Internal Sales Representative
Location: City Deep, Johannesburg

Responsibilities:
Responsible for servicing allocated customer accounts, assisting walk-in customer, securing new accounts, handling inquiries in a timely manner, processing orders and providing quotations. Also, supporting the sales team to maintain or build customer relationships and driving sales growth
Create quotes and invoices
Grow the customer base
Service the customer
Analyse the market
Makes sales and achieve/ exceed budgets
Collaborate effectively with external sales reps
Skills & Knowledge:
Technical industry knowledge beneficial
Basic business acumen (understand how business works)
Excellent customer service
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Experience:
Min 3 years working experience within Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales
Exposure and/or experience in automotive air-conditioning preferred
Education:
National Senior Certificate
Any relevant degree/ diploma advantageous
Remuneration:
Basic salary of R15 000 – R18 000 & Commission
