N5 / N6 Engineering qualification
Dual trade in Electro-Mechanical
Minimum 10 years experience managing a maintenance department
Strong leadership, discipline, and fault-finding skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the maintenance team and daily operations
Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance strategies and PM schedules
Analyse maintenance, breakdown, and downtime reports
Diagnose equipment faults and drive improvements or upgrades
Approve maintenance spares and consumable requisitions
Manage and support engineering and maintenance projects
Control project scope, schedules, and budgets
Drive continuous improvement and best-practice maintenance standards
Compile and analyse maintenance reports to identify improvement opportunities
