REQUIREMENTS:
23 years of front-end experience. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Computer literate. Matric qualification. Office Administration qualification. Pleasant and vibrant personality Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. Experience booking flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees. Ability to request quotations and place orders efficiently. Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
DUTIES:
Screen and direct all incoming calls. Assist with queries and relay messages to relevant parties. Welcome all on-site visitors and inform relevant staff. Book flights, accommodation, and car rentals for travelling employees. Order and distribute stationery, office supplies, and printing materials. Create work orders for office-related maintenance requirements. Assist the sales team with ad hoc employee purchases. Complete credit applications and submit supporting documents. Request quotations and place orders as required. Manage boardroom schedules. Assist with archiving old documents. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
